An SOE checkpoint at St. James close to Salt Spring

Jamaica's Westmoreland Following three days of intense search efforts, the body of a teenager who had trouble swimming in the Cabarita River near Big Bridge, Westmoreland, was discovered on Wednesday.
Juneay 'Junior' McKoy, 18, of a Manchester address has been identified as the man.
McKoy's body was found, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Shaunjaye Mitchell, Zone Four Commander for Little London and the Negril Division, who spoke with Observer Online.
"Just after 3 p.m., it was discovered 500 meters from the bridge; the marine police were dispatched to the location. The body was recovered with help from the public and police," Mitchell said.
